Chef Sushil loves the challenge of cooking and believes that it is one of the ideal acquisitions in his life. This young Nepali-born Canadian and Ethnical (Indian, Mexican, Thai) Chef has years of culinary experience in various kinds of Cuisine. He has been known for his ability to fuse global flavours giving an extra ounce of deliciousness with the foods he prepares. Among his career, he served as an Executive Chef for more than six years in a local PEI Restaurant called Himalayan and Spicey Chef. Most of the Islanders have already tasted the wide variety of his preparations and loved it. To continue with his skills and experience, Sushil Sapkota took the responsibility to run Café Thomas Martin as a new entrepreneur in the COVID time. He has been producing fire oven bread, sandwiches, muffins, salads, cookies, and other mouth-watering dishes. Sushil holds a Culinary Diploma from George Brown College and attestation of the vocational specialization (ASP) in Pastry Arts. Between 2009 and 2010, Sushil had an opportunity to conduct culinary traineeships in The Good Neighbour Club and Milagro Mexicana in Toronto. Quickly, he worked his way up through some prestigious establishments, notably with Chef Victor De Guzman at Rosedale Gulf club, where he learned various knowledge and techniques. He always shows up with special and introduces popular ethnic and multicultural food from all over the world.
