Our Story
Our story started with Jocelyne Martin and Lori Thomas, who opened Thomas-Martin Café at the Homburg Financial Tower on Fitzroy Street in Charlottetown in 2013. Afterward, Jabbar and Farah played a significant role in operating the Café. Chef Sushil is currently running the Café. He is giving his best to provide the great flavor of foods through his magical culinary skills.
Since 2013, all food items we serve, prepared from scratch. We have fired-oven to make loaves of bread, served in environment-friendly, fully recyclable containers. We give the bread and meats go together to prepare a great sandwich in the town. Our Café serves peach-mango, raspberry muffins and molasses spice, peanut butter cookies, and “everything but the kitchen sink” cookies.
Our all-day breakfast sandwiches are prepared with the house-made Multigrain and Ciabatta bread. The café offers a variety of fresh fruits and salads. We now have added catering services for locals with Indian, Mexican, Thai, and Nepalese cuisines.
If you are looking for highly nutritious food with less preparation time in the Downtown Charlottetown Area, Café Thomas Martin would be a great choice, which values both your time and money.
